The new Supernova Scheduling Tool will change the way you schedule your client meetings. This advanced Excel-based spreadsheet is used to enter your 12-4-2 appointments and then download to Outlook. It will create client, butler and Centers of Influence appointments for you based on your preferences. You can use ‘as is’ or download to Outlook. If you choose the option to generate e-invites through Microsoft Outlook they will be created automatically and be ready to send out. All client meeting schedules are based on the Supernova 12-4-2 meeting schedule (Monthly meetings for clients with 2 in-person and 2-quarterly reviews, quarterly meetings for butlers and monthly 30 minute meetings for COI’s. You have the option to make these meetings in-person, through zoom or by phone.
